Terms of Service

Effective April 27, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using tweetskill.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tweetskill is a SaaS tool that analyzes public X (Twitter) account tweet histories to extract AI communication personas, and provides tools to generate, schedule, and post content using those personas. The Service connects to the X API and uses large language models for persona distillation.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or distribute spam, misinformation, or hateful content
  • Impersonate individuals in a misleading or harmful way
  • Violate X's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. X API & Third-Party Services

The Service uses the X API to fetch publicly available tweet data. By connecting your X account, you grant tweetskill permission to read tweets and, if you choose to enable posting, to post on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time from X Settings → Connected Apps.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your payment information is collected and stored solely by Paddle and is never transmitted to tweetskill servers.

6. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts are available with usage limits. Pro accounts are billed monthly via Paddle. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial — your card will be charged on the 8th day unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. AI-generated content produced using the Service is owned by you. The tweetskill platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of tweetskill's operator. The open-source CLI portion of tweetskill is licensed under the MIT License.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate — review before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tweetskill's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for business reasons, with reasonable notice where practical.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tweetskill operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
